  5. or faster CONNECT rates are listed in a file distributed by a separate source.

  7. This was done to make it more convenient for Canadian systems to be better
  8. served by a more local BBS list keeper.

  10. IAN SINGER has assumed the task of maintaining the equivalent list for 
  11. Canadian systems. Look for 96CDA.TXT (or a similar name) on a BBS near you
  12. for a more complete and current list of Canadian high speed systems.
